Your browser, your choice
Cookie Notice
Details of essential preference storage and optional analytics choices on the Backup Anchorbase training website.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text records a website can ask a browser to retain. Local storage is a related browser feature. This site uses local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies so the banner does not repeatedly interrupt your reading.
What we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
backupanchorbase_cookie_choice | Remembers “accepted” or “rejected” preference | Until you clear browser storage | Backup Anchorbase |
The preference record is essential to remembering your choice. At present, we do not set analytics cookies. If analytics are introduced, they will remain disabled until you select Accept, and this table will be updated before use.
Accepting or rejecting
Both choices leave core pages, field guides, and the inquiry form available. Rejecting optional cookies does not block site functionality. Your preference is stored only in the browser you used, so another browser or device will ask again.
Managing browser data
Browser settings let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Clearing the preference makes the banner return on your next visit. Blocking all storage may prevent the site from remembering your choice, but does not prevent access to training information.
Third-party content
Public image hosts may receive technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, when your browser retrieves an image. We do not use embedded social feeds, advertising pixels, or payment widgets. Follow your browser’s tracking-protection controls if you want to limit third-party requests.
