Before payment

Send an inquiry first. We confirm the format, date, suitability, and available place by email. Payment instructions are sent only after confirmation; this website does not process cards or transfers.

Group rates cover one named participant and cannot be shared. Organisations arranging a private team lab should request a quote because room, chart pack, and facilitation needs depend on group size.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed place once when notice reaches us at least 48 hours before the session. Later changes, absences, and instructor cancellation are handled under the refund and cancellation policy.
