Data controller and information collected

Backup Anchorbase, Level 7, 45 Davao Business Park, Davao City 8000, is the controller of personal data described here. We collect information you submit, such as name, email, preferred date, selected session, and message. If you register, we may also retain attendance, payment confirmation, and necessary correspondence. Do not send brokerage credentials, account numbers, government identifiers, or unredacted financial statements.

Purposes and lawful basis

We use inquiry data to reply, assess training suitability, schedule sessions, administer confirmed bookings, issue materials, handle refunds, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, processing is necessary to take steps at your request, perform our agreement, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving instruction.

Retention and sharing

Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking, payment, and tax records may be retained for up to 10 years when Philippine law requires it. Exercise feedback is normally deleted 90 days after return. We share data only with service providers needed for email, file storage, bookkeeping, or live-online delivery, under appropriate safeguards, or when law requires disclosure.

International transfers

Some carefully selected service providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we assess the destination and provider and use contractual or other safeguards appropriate under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.

Your rights

Subject to law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and may withdraw consent where consent applies. Security and updates
