Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cooling-off and cancellation

Request cancellation by emailing contact@backupanchorbase.world from the booking address. A full refund is available when the request reaches us at least 7 calendar days before the session. Requests received between 7 days and 48 hours before the start receive a 50% refund, reflecting reserved teaching time and prepared materials.

Fees are normally non-refundable within 48 hours of the start, after a session has begun, after substantial one-to-one review work has been delivered, or for a no-show. If a workbook has already been posted or specially purchased materials were approved, their documented cost may be deducted where legally permitted.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed booking once without charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to an available date within 90 days. Later requests are considered individually for documented emergencies but cannot be guaranteed. A substituted participant may attend a group lab if we approve the change before materials are issued.

If we cancel

If Backup Anchorbase cancels a session, choose a full refund or transfer to an available date. If a live-online session is materially interrupted by our systems and cannot reasonably continue, we will reschedule the affected portion or provide a proportionate refund.

How refunds work

Include the participant name, session date, and reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and, when eligible, initiate the refund within 7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank or payment service may require additional processing time.

Statutory consumer rights under Philippine law remain unaffected. Exceptional cases, including serious illness or severe weather disruption, are reviewed fairly against evidence and work already performed.
