Terms of Training

Acceptance and scope

By using this site or registering for training, you agree to these terms. Backup Anchorbase provides educational workshops, chart-review instruction, and learning materials. Nothing on this site or in a session is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; no communication is a recommendation to buy or sell an instrument.

Registration and participant conduct

A place is confirmed only after we accept the inquiry and receive the stated fee through separately supplied instructions. Participants must provide accurate contact information, respect peer confidentiality, and refrain from recording sessions without written consent. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts instruction or exposes another person’s account or personal information.

Trading risk

Historical and replay charts do not guarantee future results. Trading can result in partial or total loss. You remain solely responsible for decisions, account security, position sizing, and assessing whether trading is suitable for you. Training exercises should use hypothetical or demonstration execution.

Intellectual property

Site copy, workbooks, exercise files, diagrams, and teaching materials belong to Backup Anchorbase or their identified licensors. A confirmed participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Republishing, selling, recording, or distributing them requires written permission.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in preparing instruction but do not warrant uninterrupted site access, error-free market data, learning outcomes, or trading results. To the extent permitted by law, Backup Anchorbase is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, indirect loss, platform failure, or decisions based on educational material. Nothing excludes liability that Philippine law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update site content or these terms prospectively. Material booking changes will be communicated to confirmed participants. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts with jurisdiction in Davao City will hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer rights.
